    How do I get Medicinal Marijuana (THC in some form) in Minnesota? Can I get it in another state and bring it back home?

    As far as I know Minnesota has no legal possession of MJ for any reason. You'd be rolling the dice bringing it in from another state. I did find this interesting link. Good Luck! http://www.mpp.org/states/minnesota/

    No, they only allow side arms and driving with open alcohol there. :) If I find anything new Ill post it.

    O and if u got a medical card for the use of marijuana from another state and came back to nc it still illegal.....one more note. Any one hear of dred Scott case with slavery. Could u use same logic with weed?

    Not sure what the tax stamp is. NC is still debating otherwise.
